This is the circuit board for the custom light tag. There is a header at the top of the circuit board with 3 pair of hole. An LED can be placed in each hole for  maximum light. Wire extensions can also be used to connect to the circuit board with the LEDs being connected to the other side of the extensions. This is done if the light is want to be placed further away from the light tag or in a different orientation.
